Shipping policy

We offer domestic and international shipping (to select countries). Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. All orders ship from the United States.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
Pins & in stock merch: Domestic Shipping: 2–7 business days
Pins & in stock merch: International Shipping: 7–30 business days, depending on location
Shipping Carrier: USPS (or applicable carrier selected at check out)
Prints: 5-7 business days to process order plus 5-7 days shipping
Pre-order items: 1-3 months (exact timing will be communicated on the listing; please note due to potential manufacturing delays, estimated wait times may change).
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. We are not responsible for any additional custom fees or import duties that may occur.

MISSING PACKAGE GUIDELINES:
If your order is stuck in transit:
- Day 1: Monitor your tracking updates.
- Day 7: If there’s no tracking movement for 7 business days, file a missing mail search request with USPS. (We are usually proactive about this and will file it for you after some time, but you may also get the process started yourself).
- Day 14: If there’s still no resolution or movement 14 business days after filing the request, email us at info@lunaritycollective.com
If we have held back stock, we will replace the item once USPS resolves and closes the case. The item will either be found and delivered, or they will send you an email stating they were unable to locate it.
If your order was marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:
- Day 1: Check around your property and with neighbors to ensure the package wasn’t delivered to the wrong location. Wait 48 hours; USPS occasionally marks packages as delivered a day before actual delivery.
- Day 3+: If the package hasn’t arrived, file a missing package claim with USPS.
We recommend asking for a geo location scan to see if it was delivered to the wrong address.
Note: USPS must resolve and close the case before we can provide a replacement.
IF A PIN/ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED BY USPS:
- You are responsible for filing an insurance claim with USPS for reimbursement.
- We will sell you another pin/item at the same cost if we have holdbacks of that pin/item.
Important Notes:
- Replacements or refunds are not available for orders marked delivered unless USPS resolves the claim in your favor.
- We are unable to process exchanges, replacements, or refunds while a USPS case is still pending.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address if the address was entered incorrectly during checkout and no update was provided via email before the order was shipped. If the package gets returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you will be billed a reshipment fee.
